Our startup is a women-led food processing enterprise specializing in the production of high-quality dehydrated fruits and vegetables. The founding team brings together a unique combination of expertise. One co-founder (Ms Anuja) is a scientist, responsible for product research, quality control, food safety standards, and process optimization to ensure maximum nutritional retention and shelf stability. The second co-founder (Dr Asha) with a background in Human Resources and academics, oversees organizational development, workforce training, compliance, and operational efficiency, fostering a strong and ethical work culture. The third co-founder (Ms Harika) is an engineering graduate with experience in interior designing, who contributes to equipment layout, process flow design, packaging innovation, and visually appealing branding and workspace aesthetics.
The company focuses on sourcing fresh produce directly from farmers, reducing post-harvest losses, and converting fruits and vegetables into convenient, long-lasting dehydrated products without compromising on quality.
